1. Returns and Refunds
1.1 Eligibility: We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

• Incorrect or incomplete orders: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will promptly rectify the mistake and provide you with the correct items or issue a refund.
• Change of mind: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
1.2 Return Process: To initiate a return or report a problem with your order, please contact our customer support team at thedavinch@gmail.com. We may request additional information or evidence, such as photographs of the damaged or incorrect items, to facilitate the return process.
1.3 Refund Timeline: If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the refund timeline may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at thedavinch@gmail.com.
1.4 Return Fee: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
2. Exclusions
2.1 Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Customised or personalised products
• Perishable goods
• Intimate or sanitary products
• Gift cards or sale items
2.2 Clearance or Final Sale Items: Clearance or final sale items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
