  3. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping for all orders within the UK. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

  4. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery address. You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process.

  5. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping within the UK usually takes 3-7 business days for delivery.

  10. International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the UK. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

  11. Shipping Holidays: Please note that our warehouse and courier partners observe certain holidays, which may affect shipping and delivery times. Orders placed during these holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  12. Import Duties and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Davinch is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
